For most people, it's easier and more beneficial to maintain a balanced diet than a diet low in fat or carbohydrates. Maintain a regular sleep pattern I believe that nutrition is the foundation of health. We have more potential control over what we eat and drink than any other area of our lives. So this is a good starting point, even though eating in our current world can be quite a challenge.
Food can bring us a lot of pleasure and sustenance and, without a doubt, is part of sharing our lives with others. The key here is to eat healthy, nutritious foods and avoid toxins whenever possible. We can do everything right and still get sick, so another part of this key is learning to use food and supplements to help us recover and heal when symptoms or illnesses occur.
